Kim Chios of Changi

I have deleted part 3 of my Changi Offshores so i shall lump everything here...

Kim Chio
Date: 24 August 2007
Boatman: Ah Chong

The day started pretty dull with black clouds forming and threatening to spoil our fishing day. Still we proceeded with our heads held up high and lowered the first raiding party into enemy territory... Very soon Taufik "Kan Chiong" Necroplastic got his first grouper of the day which hit the scales at 1.4kg. We were saying Necros' gao v big but very soon Ah Chong shocked necro buy bringing in an EVEN BIGGER gao!

Soon we proceeded to the next spot... Lines down and zzzt zzzzt! Chaos all over with many tandahs landed. It was chaos at we were bombarded by the kim chios. My own kim chio managed to throw hook when instead of fighting, it swam UPWARDS! And i couldnt set in time... Vin even CNR-ed a chermin by the boatside( How kind of him. didnt know he cnr one)...hehehehe.... Taufik hit an unstoppable monster which made his rod go zzzt! zzzt! PIAK!... my friend also got a monster... The fight was 5min in and the monster still threatened to dive into the pillars. Eventually the fish won and it dived down and it was the last we saw of it...tt at this point was feeling abit sad as he only had landed a few small snappers and a flathead...

But...later on who knows! A small nibble, a strike by me and the fish went zzzzzZZzzzt! By the look of its slow but steady runs...It seemed to me i was handling a big gao here which is at least 3kg....I said ho say liao...can thrash taufik... but wah...when come up the fish is an ang cho!!!

Anyway later landed a few guhoods, ang chor..etc and the day was over..

Other catches....

1.4kg gao
2.1kg gao
1.4kg kim chio
1.3kg guhood

etc etc....

Later on enjoyed a nice BBQ with red wine
