A decent Desaru fishing catch despite five cut-offs from Spanish mackerel, locally known as batang. We returned to Malaysia for another Desaru fishing trip with Ah Long Fishing Charter . Fishing around Tanjong Lompat can be unpredictable, but this two-day offshore adventure gave us a decent mixture of reef fish, plenty of cut-offs and the usual Baktao fishing kakis entertainment.
